Refund Policy

Cancellation

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT, FOR ANY REASON, WITHOUT PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, BY NOTIFYING USFFC WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU SIGNED THIS AGREEMENT BY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

· An email notifying us of your intent to cancel sent to info@usffc.org

· A phone call notifying a representative of our company of your intent to cancel made to our billing or servicing department: 844-358-8733

· A written notice of cancellation sent to:

US Financial Freedom Center,
500 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Suite 430,
Walnut Creek, CA 94596

IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE REQUIRED TIME FRAME, USFFC, OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES, WILL RETURN ANY PAYMENT MADE BY YOU UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. If this Agreement is terminated after the three (3) day period, Client shall not be entitled to a refund unless Client becomes eligible for a refund under the terms of the “Guarantee” section.

 

Guarantee

The payment for USFFC’s services relating to the student loan adjustment application, its preparation, analysis and counseling for repayment options, and submission and tracking of the relevant application is provided in the client agreement. If a client’s application is not approved by the DOE; USFFC will, at its own expense, negotiate and resubmit new application to DOE for acceptance into a similar program with similar terms to the original agreed upon terms. If it is determined that after resubmission or negotiation that USFFC cannot provide acceptable terms, then at Client’s request, USFFC will reimburse 100% of the fees.
